The room I stayed in was absolutely perfect for a romantic getaway. The unique style and maximum comfort made me feel like I was in a dream. The use of colors in the room added a special touch that made it feel cozy and inviting. The private bathroom with free toiletries was a nice bonus. I couldn't have asked for a better room as a guest looking for a romantic escape.

Personally, I didn't particularly enjoy the flat-screen TV in the room. But hey, that's just my opinion and I'm sure others might still find enjoyment in it.

The hotel was quiet and ideal for a perfect stay, its staff were responsive and very amiable. Loved a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a mini fridge bar in the room. The beds were comfortable in the nice bedroom. Venue's location was unbeatable and magnificent as it was close enough to a train station. Spent our evenings in nearby Mc Culloughs Irish Pub enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

We had a fantastic time staying in the heart of the old town. The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to see within a short walk. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips for exploring the city. it was a wonderful experience.

The air conditioning wasn't working properly during our stay, which made the room quite hot on some days.

I booked a room with a great bed, central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV. The location was perfect and excellent, close enough to the train station, it's a plus.

Our stay at Chalet Lucca Bed & Breakfast was excellent. The location was incredibly convenient, just a minute away from the central plaza. The room was immaculate and comfortable, with a big screen and access to Netflix. The owner was very helpful and stayed in touch with us via WhatsApp throughout our stay, ensuring that everything was going well. Martina, the manager, made check-in easy and secure, and she was incredibly kind and flexible, allowing us to check in early and store our bags before and after check-in. We felt welcomed and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The added bonus was a fantastic bar, Bar del Sole, just around the corner, where we could wait out the rain. We are grateful to Martina for being an outstanding host.

The rooms were brand-new and big with a great bathroom, great beds plus shower, nothing to complain about.

Hotel overlooked street and the room was well decorated and brand-new. We got a room with a bidet. The location was unbeatable and excellent for Lucca, close to local restaurants and food, beautiful Lucca, and the central plaza of Lucca. It also was in the old town.

Loved feeling like I was in the mountains while staying in Chalet Lucca. The design was charming and cozy, combining wood and stone.

So glad I got to lug my suitcases up two flights of stairs, really added to the authentic mountain chalet experience.
